The Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the backend services that power our platform — from data models and APIs to the workflow engine our customers rely on daily. You'll work across the stack's server side, make high-leverage architectural decisions, and mentor engineers as the team grows.
This is a high-ownership role with a direct line to product impact: what you ship reaches customers in days, not quarters.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
- Model complex business domains (finance, inventory, orders) into clean, reliable systems.
- Lead technical design reviews and set engineering best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and observability across services.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality.
Qualifications
- 6+ years building production backend systems at scale.
- Strong with a modern backend language (Go, Node.js, Python, or similar) and SQL databases.
- Experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM or other complex business domains is a plus.
- Strong ownership, communication, and mentoring skills.
