About Mindworks
Mindworks is a fast-growing startup reimagining how businesses run their core operations. We’re building a next-generation cloud-based ERP and CRM platform designed for the mid-market — manufacturing, construction, and service businesses that need power, flexibility, and speed. We’re reimagining the ERP experience where our customers can launch in days rather than weeks. Our platform combines robust business execution tools with cutting-edge AI to make complex workflows intuitive, fast to deploy, and deeply customizable.
The Role
We're looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our rapidly evolving platform. As an early member of our Quality Engineering team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to build out testing frameworks, identify gaps, and deliver a flawless user experience. This is also a unique opportunity to join early in our growth journey, with significant potential to build and lead a team or expand into other areas of the company as we scale.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thrives in dynamic environments, and has prior experience working with ERP or CRM systems. Understanding business processes is critical to this role.

- Provide feedback on UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business requirements and define clear test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using modern tracking tools.
- Build scalable test automation frameworks to improve test coverage and accelerate release cycles.
- Participate in release planning, code reviews, and QA sign-offs, ensuring high standards across the product.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the QA process and help shape best practices as we scale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications (required).
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and debugging tools.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Join a talented, mission-driven team at the intersection of AI and enterprise software.
- Play a key role in shaping our QA processes and culture from the ground up.
- Competitive salary and equity in a well-funded, high-growth startup.
