Dan McNerney, Chief Executive Officer

An IT veteran with more than 12 years of SAP experience, Dan is the chief technical force at MindWorks. Dan splits his time between managing the company in Broomfield and working on-site as a Senior Basis Architect and SAP consultant for clients which include Chevron, Apple, Bay Networks, Perkin Elmer (Applied Bio-Systems) and Cadence Design Systems. An expert in NetWeaver, SAP Basis, security and change management, Dan leads client and consultant teams in performing global SAP implementations and upgrades. Dan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree from the College of San Mateo.

Matthew Rausenberger, Chief Operating Officer

Matt has been MindWorks' COO for 6 years, managing all aspects of operations and client engagement. Under Matt's leadership, MindWorks has been reconized as one of the fastest growing privately owned firms in northern Colorado. Prior to MindWorks, Matt spent 9 years at Cisco Systems where he was Senior Manager in Corporate Marketing, responsible for marketing operations, pre-sales support and marketing automation. Prior to Cisco, Matt spent 3 years as an application developer, data analyst and process engineer at Apple Computer. Matt received a B.B.A. in Marketing and IT from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed graduate work at Santa Clara University.

William Parsons, Senior Consulting Partner

Bill has worked in IT for more than 17 years, including 8 years in SAP consulting and training. He has conducted SAP technical training courses at numerous U.S. based SAP offices as well as at many SAP customer locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Bill has accumulated a wealth of valuable experience in consulting engagements at multiple SAP installations, ranging from versions 3.0 to 4.7, across diverse sectors including manufacturing, chemicals and academia.

Gary Phelps, Senior Consulting Partner
 
Gary has spent 18 years as a business and IT management professional, including 10 years at Andersen Consulting, where he led engagements, managed projects and acted as a technical architect/analyst and functional analyst. Gary specializes in SAP financial accounting, cost accounting, payroll, sales and distributions systems with a focus on SAP Basis, systems design/implementation and technical architecture. He has performed process design, IT services management and QA/performance analysis. Gary received a B.S. in Computer Science at Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah.
